|The Syrian army has announced its withdrawal from the ceasefire and returned to its initial positions. Terrorists' large-scale offensive against the Syrian Army – this is what seems to end the truce reached by Lavrov and Kerry. In Aleppo province, illegal armed formations fired small arms, improvised MLRS and mortars against Sheikh Ali Kobtani, Karyat Khalab fortress, Ramusi and al-Zahraa quarters, the cement plant, the Kastello trade center and Kastello road in Aleppo city. Armed groups Dzhabhat en-Nusra, Adzhnad al-Sham along with the armed opposition respect the ceasefire. As a result of massive attacks, 7 people were killed and 15 wounded.|
Significant ceasefire violations were also registered from the side of illegal armed formations in the provinces of Hama, Deraa, Latakia and Homs.
In Damascus province, terrorists shelled Harasta, Kabun and Haush Harabu inhabited areas, al-Khamadani, al-Abasin quarters, and the positions of the government troops near al-Khamadani quarter in the city of Damascus.
16 people were wounded.
Despite this, the sides continued to negotiate with the field commanders of armed groups in Muaddamet al-Shikh (Damascus province) and detachments of armed opposition in Homs, Aleppo, and al-Quneitra provinces.
Posts with hot meal and items of first necessity continue to work for civilians who leave the districts of Aleppo city controlled by terrorists.
However, the truce envisages both sides acting, but actions are taken by the official Syrian authorities only. And amid the US inaction on the implementation of commitments and continuing attacks of opposition groups truce is simply impossible.
